Elevate your entertaining on Zephyr’s rooftop terrace featuring BBQ stations and comfortable seating areas-ideal for gathering, relaxing, or spending time outdoors. The rooftop patio also features community garden boxes which residents can apply to use each season.
Resident Lounge
Shared indoor spaces include a resident lounge and library, thoughtfully designed to enrich daily life. The Resident Lounge offers a seating area equipped with a tv, a kitchen, dining and meeting tables, all connected to an additional expansive outdoor patio space.
